He grew up in Jackson and Grand Rapids, Michigan. Attended Indiana Univ. School of Music. Student of Kenny Aronoff from '93 to '96. Lived in Nashville for 2 years before moving to Lost Angeles in 1999 to join a great rock band named Hair of the Dog. Recorded two discs with HOTD, "Rise" in 2000 and "Ignite" in 2001. In 2002, he started backing up amazing slide-blues guitarist Eric Sardinas, with whom he toured many countries around the world including Spain, Italy, Portugal, France, Japan, Australia, Germany, England, Norway, and Texas! He joined W.A.S.P. replacing Patrik Johansson, who had replaced longtime drummer Stet Howland in early 2006. He currently plays and endorses Pearl Drums, Sabian Cymbals, Ahead Drumsticks, and Evans Drumheads.
